My two tired men

Andy spent the morning seal coating the driveway and Liam spent the morning, well, being a baby. As a result, both were quite tired this afternoon and decided that they would chill out in the recliner. Unfortunately, smiles are scarce when the boy is tired, but I figured I would snap some pics anyway.



In other news, Liam and I went to his first party yesterday. Deb was having a cookout at her house, and we went over to join in the festivities for a few hours. Liam was quite excited to find that Allan (my old co-worker) had brought both his kids, including 15 month old Abby. Abby was quite taken with the "ba ba" and gave him her Patriots bib to hold for a while. Liam wasn't quite sure what to make of Abby, but he gave her a few smiles and watched her very carefully. He was quite taken with Allan's wife Nancy, Melissa, and Deb at the cookout. He spent some time standing on Melissa's lap, and Deb likes to call him "Cueball" since his blond hair appears to be almost non-existent a lot of the time.

Oh, I almost forgot! Grandma and Grandpa P were nice enough to watch Liam on Thursday night while Andy and I went out for dinner for our anniversary. We're told that he had quite a fun time with them - he was definitely tired afterwards! It was his first time alone without Mom or Dad since he was born. He was definitely okay with it, but Andy and I were starting to go through withdrawl by the time dinner was done. :)
