His new favorite thing is the cat door. When one of us goes down cellar, he goes to the cat door, pushes it in, crouches down, and waits. As the victim is coming up the stairs, he lets out this crazy giggle and starts reaching through the door. The intention is to start grabbing whatever body part he can, and then begin pulling as hard as possible. This gets promptly turned back on him as soon as he falls over backwards from pulling (which is pretty much inevitable), and the "victim" reaches through the door to tickle him.
Tonight, Daddy got out a toy sports set that he purchased ages ago. Liam's got the basketball part down, and he likes carrying around the golf club. The rest of it, meh.
Last weekend was Liam's first wedding. Congratulations Aunt Kate & Uncle Andy! Here's a picture of the newlyweds. The ceremony was both sweet and funny, and as you can see, Aunt Kate was gorgeous in her dress. We had a lot of fun hanging with the family, even the baby-snatcher, Granduncle Keith.

And here's a picture of Liam with granduncle Warren and second cousin (? third cousin?) Ava at the reception. Liam was a gussied up boy - full tux with tails. Nothing but the best for Aunt Kate and Uncle Andy!
This past Monday was Great-Grandma Rose's 95th birthday. We celebrated with a trip to the nursing home where she lives, with Grandma P, Grandpa P, and Uncle George. We skyped with Grandaunt Lois, and we were hoping to meet Granduncle Al and Grandaunt Corinne, but alas, the schedules did not meet up and we had to leave before they arrived. Liam had his first cake & LOVED it. If he could have shouted, "More, Mommy, more!", I think he would have.Tomorrow, we're headed to Rowley for more birthday celebrations with Grandma P and Uncle George. Grandma P's birthday was today, and Uncle G's is Tuesday. Happy B-day, guys!
In other milestones, Aunt Kat has hit her 37th week. Yay! Sparkle can come out anytime now. :)
Liam's headed for a pediatrician appointment on Tuesday, and his birthday's coming up, too. We'll be having a very small party here in Tewksbury in a couple weeks. I took him shopping for invitations last week, and he very enthusiastically opted for the Spiderman invites.
Okay, definitely enough typing from me. Happy Memorial Day everyone! Have a good weekend!
